I read that you have an automatic check in, how does this work?
During restaurant opening hours - from Wednesday to Saturday- there is always someone there to welcome you and guide you to check-in. On other days you can check yourself in at the kiosk in the hotel lobby. For this you need the personal codes that where sent to you by email.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept your favorite pets in our hotel.

Can you recommend places to visit?
Be sure to take a look at Visit Ghent for all the tourist information about our historical city.

Can I have breakfast at the hotel?
Unfortunately, we had to discontinue our breakfast service, but as an extra service we do provide you with a 'Nespresso breakfast corner'.
Do you like to enjoy a breakfast where you can slide your feet under the table? Here's where to go within walking distance: Julie's House on the Kraanlei, FranzGustav in the Ham, Bakkerij Himschoot in Dok Noord. Check their websites for opening hours and reservations.

Where is the Nespresso breakfast corner and when can I use it?
The 'Nespresso breakfast corner' is located in our cozy lounge.
You can make free use of it in our cozy lounge from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
What can you expect? A self-service corner with Nespresso coffee & tea facilities, yogurt, toast, breakfast cereals, fruit.

Where is the best place to park my car?
In front of the hotel there are a number of parking spaces on the street, where you can park your car for free on Sundays, other days this is charged.
However, we recommend you to park your car in the nearest underground car park: "Parking Vrijdagmarkt".  This is the most advantageous, especially for long-term parking. This car park is less than 5 minutes walk from our hotel. More info here.

Of course, you can first drive to the hotel for your luggage and then park the car.

Do I have to make reservations at the restaurant - wine bar in advance? How can I do this?
Yes, this is necessary. Do you prefer a refined menu with adapted wines or do you prefer a sharing concept? Both are possible at Nonam. Nonam has a gourmet restaurant and a cool wine bar with bar food & sharing concept. Reservations can be made via this link.

Can you recommend other restaurants if Nonam is full or closed?
Sure, just send an email to hotel@nonam.be and we'll send you our favorites.

Is there a possibility to book a hotel / restaurant package?
At this time we do not offer packages.
You must book both items separately.

Can I leave my luggage behind?
We do not have a separate guarded luggage room.
